1. Degree holder or non-degree holder (depends on school)
2. TEFL certificate
3. Native English speaking, MUST have a neutral / clear accent
4. Laptop / PC with webcam
5. Access to wifi
6. Backup power supply in case of loadshedding
7. Headset (depends on school)
8. Energetic and vibrant personality
9. Candidates must be 18 years and older
10. Valid South African ID
