•A Diploma or Certificate in Peadiatric Nursing is essential
•Minimum 3 years experience in Peadiatric ward
•The ability to mentor staff
•The ability to function well under pressure
•A disposition towards quality and excellent patient care
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Risk Management Control.
•Assist with the general management of the unit
•Provide high quality patient care
•Liaison between patients, doctors and personnel
•Assist with staff training/ orientation in the unit
•Client satisfaction
•The ability to function effectively under pre
