We are an International sales and marketing company, specializing in telesales across a global platform. That sounds somewhat complex, but you’ll learn all about it in our intensive 1 week training program. Guess what? Unlike our competitors, training is paid for!

The Big Question: What will you earn?
Your salary will largely depend on what you bring to the table. Here’s why:
Salary is determined by three factors:
Basic salary - R 3 000.00 pm + uncapped commission
Uncapped Commission - The percentage you earn for each sale you make. Our top performers are known to earn up to 10K, whereas beginners start around 7-8K.
Incentives & Rewards - We host weekly, daily and monthly competitions to keep the blood pumping. So, if you’re rocking it on the sales floor we’ll reward you big time:

Hence, what you earn depends on your own motivation, skill and talent. Are you willing to push harder than the rest? Then expect anything from 7-10K+ per month. The sky's the limit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is more than just a telemarketing position. It’s more than just earning a living. If you work for us, you’ll be challenged to push yourself every day. You’ll explore new ways of thinking: What turns a lead into a sale? What makes people say YES? You’ll have to navigate a high-paced work environment with people who are just as driven as you are. On any given day, you will be expected to:
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas
Manage outbound contacts to international customer base for a professional product
Educate potential clients on specific process and services related to product
Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Manage leads effectively and consistently, meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly and monthly targets
Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.
We know it’s a tall order, but for the caliber candidate we’re looking for it will be a delicious challenge.
REQUIREMENTS:
Like we’ve said above, we’re interested in ambitious individuals who can work towards their goals with dedication and consistency. No coasters please!
Fluency in English with a good telephone manner is essential. If you really want to impress us, show off an American accent!
Make sure you are able and willing to work shifts: Night Shift 16:00-03:00 ( No transport provided )
