We are a company based in South Africa and we would like to have a strategic business relationship and partnership with you. We are into buying and selling of mines, minerals, precious stones, commodities and all related activities in all its facets. We have clients locally and internationally and we would like you to service them for us. Most of our clients have an account with Brinks etc. and would therefore like to execute their orders through the New York Brinks and other branches world wide.
We are proposing that we sign an NCNDA and that we agree on a commission percentage of 1.5 % or 3 % negotiable going forward.
