Mobile Personal Trainer
I work as a mobile personal trainer, which means I come to you to have a 1 hour session with all the equipment needed for that session without the hassle of going to the gym, saving you time as well as money that would have been spent on a gym membership, not to mention the added benefit of exercising in the comfort of your own home!
All ages are welcome to join! So if you would like you can get your whole family involved or if you and your best friend want to train together you are more than welcome!
Prices are between R80 & R130 for a one hour, one on one session. Discounts are available for small groups of 2 to 4 people per session (with prior arrangement).
The first session will be a free consultation to assess your needs, after which I will develop a personalized training program for you! If you book 8 sessions or more, you will get your very own personalized eating plan for free!
