1. Pricing of Bill of quantities
2. Preparation of tender documents
3. Program of works
4. Cash flows
5. Compile bill of quantities
6. Prepare interim payment certificate and evaluate site progress
7. Final accounts
All these can be done at a very low prices as follows:
1. Pricing - R6000.00 per month (no limits, bring as many as you can)
2. Pricing - R250 per document (1 - 3 GB/CE PE)
- R500 per document (4 - 6 GB/CE PE)
- R1250 per document (7 - 9 GB/CE PE)
NB: these prices include program of works and cash flows
3. Project administration - R10 000.00 per month for one project
- R25 000.00 per month for three projects or above
4. Safety file - R3 500.00 per file
5.Bill of quantity - R10 000.00 per boq
6. Interim payment certificate - R6 000.00 per evaluation
Discounts are available at a rate of 10% per claim
