JOB SPECIFICATION·
· I require a young presentable person that will provide excellent customer service to work in my Pretoria Office (CBD).
· Self starter and the ability to organise and sequence tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·
· Client quotations and liaison via emails
· Work closely with my Cape Town Office to ensure that all documents are processed in a timely manner.·
· Ensuring applications are submitted at various government institutions in Pretoria and collected once completed.
· Updating the system on a daily basis to ensure the current status of documents are accurately recorded.
· Scanning in of documents and emailing clients and Cape Town Branch.·
· Follow up on progress of documents and keep Cape Town informed at all times.
· Assistance to management with extra tasks when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
· Computer literate - training will be provided on in-house systems
· Proficient in English and Afrikaans
· Good communication skills
· Punctual
· Attention to detail
